Glimmerglass Intelligent Optical Switching products are built around an advanced 3D MEMS technology.  This technology is protected by 16 Glimmerglass patents and enables us to build large transparent crossconnects which are highly reliable, fast, low loss and low power.  The two papers below describe the optical design and control system:

	MEMS Design and Fabrication – a very low loss, highly scalable, fully transparent switching design
	MEMS Switch Control System – an intelligent, fast, reliable and highly accurate control technology.
