GLIMMERGLASS AND TERILOGY ANNOUNCE JAPANESE PARTNERSHIP AND $1 MILLION INVESTMENTRelationship To Accelerate Glimmerglass’ Growth in Japan Hayward, CA – March 14, 2006 – Glimmerglass, the leading provider of Intelligent Optical Switches, today announced that it has partnered with Terilogy, (JASDAQ: 3356), provider of service assurance software solutions, to market and distribute Glimmerglass intelligent optical switches to telecommunications and networking customers in Japan. Terilogy also invested $1 million in Glimmerglass to support the expansion of the company’s business worldwide. This partnership expands Glimmerglass’ reach into the Japanese market, building on two consecutive investments made by NTT Leasing within the past six months.
