Robert Lundy: President & CEO

Robert’s executive career spans large enterprises and early stage ventures both systems and software with a particular emphasis in wireless and optical communications.  He has been the founder and CEO of several early stage ventures, including Wavetrace, Xtera and Opthos.  His career also spans executive positions at IBM, ROLM, and Hewlett Packard.  Robert was the Director and General Manager of the first wireless business unit at IBM where he pioneered PCRadio and data over cellular.  Robert’s education includes a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and an MSEE and MBA from Stanford University.  He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Jim Donnelly: VP Sales

Jim has over 20 years of executive management experience at both large public companies and small private companies.  Jim has lead successful sales and service organizations selling telecommunications equipment and services to enterprises and carriers.  After beginning his sales career at IBM, Jim spent 17 years at AT&T in operations, product management and sales management, including Area Vice President Sales.  He was also Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at Centigram and held Vice President Sales positions at optical equipment manufactures Opthos and Redfern Broadband.  Jim has a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Alice Kung: Senior Director Asian Sales

Alice has directed market entry strategies for Sylantro Systems, Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems), Visioneer, RAMP Networks, Truevision, and iXOS Software AG.  Her other experiences include serving as marketing director for Apple Computer in Asia, serving as the Asia-Pacific managing director at Radius, where she opened and managed a regional office in Hong Kong, and holding a variety of key sales and marketing positions at ROLM/IBM.  Alice has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.  Alice is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese.

Chusak Siripocanont: VP Engineering & Operations

A seasoned operations executive, Chusack Siripocanont has 27 years of experience managing operations for leading Silicon Valley complex systems companies. Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Chusak was Senior Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality at Omnicell. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations at Opthos. Earlier he has held management positions at ADC Telecom, Centigram, E-mu Systems, Octel and Rolm/IBM. Chusak earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Khon Kaen University in Thailand, and M.S. and M.B.A from San Jose State University.

Joe Parker: Chief Technical Officer

Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Joe was co-founder and CTO of Opthos, a metro area optical networking company.  Earlier, Joe led the Optical Networking research at Optivision.  Concepts developed by Joe’s team led to the founding of ONI Systems.  At ONI, he continued to lead research into the next generation of All-Optical Networks.  Research ranged from All-Optical system architecture and optical subsystem design to collaboration with DoD on the JIT signaling protocol for MONET project.  Joe received his B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford followed by a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Caltech.
